Effective Date: May 31st 2023

In this Privacy and Cookies Statement (“Statement”) we describe how we may collect, use, or share information about you; your choices regarding our use of your information; how we safeguard such information; and how you may contact us regarding our privacy practices. This Statement applies to information about you that we may collect when you visit or use our website (the “Site”).

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide

We may collect personal information that you provide to us directly when you contact our support team via email. The personal information we collect may include email address,  name, address, telephone number, and other information you provide us.

We will store your personal information for no longer than is necessary for the performance of our obligations or to achieve the purposes for which the information was collected, or as may be permitted under applicable law. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, at the end of the retention period we will remove personal information from our systems and records or take appropriate steps to properly anonymize it.

Information Collected Automatically

We use various tools and technologies like cookies and web server logs to collect information automatically when you visit and use our Site. Cookies are small data files stored by your web browser on your device may allow a website to recognize a user’s device, record user preferences, track the pages a user clicks on while visiting the website, and identify the website visited immediately beforehand. The information collected may include browser characteristics, IP addresses, device identifiers, operating system details, internet service provider details, language preferences, referring URLs, time and length of visits, and pages viewed.

These tools also may include GPS (global positioning systems) software, geo-filtering, and other location-aware technologies to locate you for purposes such as verifying your location and delivering or restricting content based on your location.

Most web browsers accept cookies by default, but you may be able to adjust your browser settings to remove or reject cookies. Please note that blocking cookies may affect the availability and functionality of the Site and other websites. Also, disabling cookies may invalidate opt outs that use cookies to recognize devices that have opted out.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different devices and online properties when you visit or use the Site.

Your web browser may have settings that allow you to transmit a “Do Not Track” signal when you visit various websites or use online services. Like many websites, the Site is not designed to respond to “Do Not Track” signals received from browsers. To learn more about “Do Not Track” signals, visit www.allaboutdnt.com

ANALYTICS

We use the web analysis service Google Analytics of Google Inc. (“Google”) 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, 94043 CA, USA. Google Analytics stores information (including your IP address) about your use of the Site in cookies and may transfer such to a Google server in the USA, where it is stored and evaluated. We use settings that ensure that only anonymized IP addresses are processed (of which the last bytes have been masked). Under a data processing agreement between us and Google, Google uses the transferred data on our behalf for the purpose of evaluating your use of the Site, for reporting on website activity and for providing other services for us regarding the use of our website and serves to continuously improve our Site and Service and optimize your user experience. If you want to disable these cookies, you can do so by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We also use Google Tag Manager. With this service, website tags can be managed through an interface. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags. This means that no cookies are used by the Google Tag Manager and no personal data is collected. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which in turn may collect data, but the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If certain websites have been deactivated at the domain or browser level (see below for the deactivation of cookies), it remains in effect for all tracking tags, provided that these are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.

More information on how Google Analytics uses data collected through your use of the Site can be found at: www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/

To opt out of Google Analytics cookies, visit: http://www.google.com/settings/ads and https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/.

Please note that we do not control how other parties manage their opt-out processes.

ADVERTISING

We may use third parties to provide advertisements on other online services. Certain third parties may participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) AdChoices Program and may display an Advertising Option Icon for interest-based ads that links to an opt-out tool which allows you to exercise certain choices regarding targeting.

More information about the DAA AdChoices Program can be found at http://www.youradchoices.com/ and its opt-out program for mobile apps at http://www.aboutads.info/appchoices

In addition, certain advertising networks and exchanges may participate in the Network Advertising Initiative (“NAI”). Consumers can opt out of certain interest-based ads delivered by NAI members’ ad networks.

To learn more about opting out of such targeted advertising or to use the NAI tool, see http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and https://www.networkadvertising.org/mobile-choice/

It should be noted that, even if you are able to opt out of certain kinds of interest-based ads, you may continue to receive non-targeted ads. We are not responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, other parties’ opt-out options or programs or the accuracy of their statements regarding their programs.

To limit mobile tracking technologies and associated activities you can adjust or reset advertising or targeting information in your mobile device settings. Please check your operating system’s instructions or other materials to learn how to change your device settings.
