How to download & use

1. Download the Starbucks Japan Mobile app via the link on this page.

2. Once the download is complete, open the app. You'll likely be greeted with a welcome screen. Here, you can soak in the ambiance of a virtual Starbucks experience, complete with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee.

3. Sign up for an account. You'll need to enter some basic info like your name, email and create a password. If you're already a Starbucks rewards member, you can link your existing account to keep all your perks in one place.

4. Customize your profile. This is where you can add a personal touch to your Starbucks Japan Mobile experience. Upload a profile picture, set your favorite drinks and choose your preferred Starbucks locations for a more tailored experience.

5. Explore the menu. The app is your oyster and the menu is full of pearls! Scroll through the selection of beverages and food and marvel at the exclusive items only available in Japan. You can even use the app to order ahead and skip the line.

6. Pay with ease. Load up your digital Starbucks card through the app using your credit card or PayPal. When you're ready to pay in-store or pick up your order, just scan the barcode in the app at the register. It's a piece of cake—or should I say, a slice of matcha roll?
