How to download & use

1. Using the provided link, download Microsoft Teams and start by creating a group.

2. Invite members: Once the team is created, it’s time to invite the team members. Click on the “Members” tab and then select “Invite Members”. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite and click “Send Invites”.

3. Create channels: Channels are used to organize conversations and files within a team. To create a channel, click on the “Channels” tab and then select “Create Channel”. Enter a name and description for the channel, then click “Create”.

4. Chat: Once the team and channels are set up, it’s time to start chatting. Click on the “Chat” tab and select a channel. Type your message into the text box and click “Send”. You can also use the @ symbol to mention other members.

5. Share files: Microsoft Teams allows you to easily share files with team members. To do this, click on the “Files” tab and then select “Upload File”. Choose the file you want to upload, then click “Open”.

6. Integrate apps: Microsoft Teams offers a range of integrations with other applications and services. Click on the “Apps” tab and then select “Add Apps”. Select the app you want to integrate and click “Install”.
