How to download & use
Download the Strava app via the link on this page.
Open the app and sign up for an account. You can usually use an existing Google, Facebook or Apple account for quicker registration.
After signing in, go to the settings menu to customize your profile, set your fitness goals and choose your preferred units for distance and speed.
If you use additional fitness trackers or sensors, navigate to the ‘Devices’ section in settings to connect them with your Strava app.
To initiate tracking, select your activity type (running, cycling, etc.) from the dashboard and press ‘Start.’ The app will then track your metrics until you decide to stop.
Once you’ve completed an activity, you can view detailed analytics, including speed, distance and time. You also have the option to share your performance with the Strava community or on social media platforms.
