How to download & use

1. Download the Redcare app via the link on this page.

2. Once the app is downloaded, open it and create a new account by entering your email and setting a password. You'll also need to verify your email address through a link sent to your inbox.

3. After logging in, you'll be prompted to enter some basic health information, such as your age, weight and any existing medical conditions. This helps the app personalize your health dashboard.

4. Explore the main menu to familiarize yourself with the different features. You can find sections for medication tracking, appointment scheduling and health statistics monitoring. Take a moment to navigate through these sections to see what each one offers.

5. Customize your home screen by adding widgets that are most relevant to you. For example, if you're focused on monitoring your blood pressure, add the blood pressure widget for quick access.

6. Set up reminders for medications or upcoming doctor appointments. You can do this by going to the respective sections and clicking on the "Add Reminder" button. This ensures you never miss a dose or an appointment.
